Message from Pastor Brian Pape, March 21, 2020
I would like to start off by saying how grateful that I am that our God is in control of everything, has been and always will be. I recently posted a Facebook Live video instructing and encouraging people to stay in the Lord and how to worship along with us this weekend. I will be including that information in this letter.
With so much turmoil going on, I am reminded of what it must have been like for the disciples in the Upper Room. They were filled with fear and doubt. When Jesus appeared to them after he had risen, his first words were “Peace be with you”. That’s exactly what they needed then and that’s exactly what we need now. He not only spoke peace to them, but he was their Peace and he is ours as well.
This Sunday I want to encourage all of you to worship with us through Zoom
Please note that 1st service is at the normal time, 8:30 am, but 2nd service is at 10:00 am.
Please be patient with us as we are working to improve our ability to provide worship for all of you. Additionally, I will be communicating through as many means as possible. On Tuesdays at 3:00 pm I will be posting a weekly Facebook Live message. And I encourage you to call myself or the church if you should have any questions or desire more information.
If you or anyone you know who has any specific needs, please let us know. We have people willing to step up.
Finally, I want to remind you all of what the Apostle Paul said, to encourage each other……
In the Hands of Jesus,
Pastor Brian Pape
