Join us on November 4 as we gather to pack boxes for Operation Christmas Child.
Last year Peace Lutheran collected financial and other donations to provide over 200+ shoe boxes to Samaritan’s Purse for distribution to children worldwide. Boxes are filled with hygiene items (toothbrushes & toothpaste, bar soap, comps, washcloths), school supplies (pens, pencils, crayons, notebooks, coloring books), accessories (t-shirts, shoes, socks, hair clips, flashlights), small toys (yo-yos, jump ropes, toy cars), and prayers for boys and girls ages 2-14.
If you are interested in helping, you can shop year-round for items to place in the boxes. There is a list of items to collect by month on the display near the narthex.
